CRYPTOPSY: New Touring Guitarist Announced

Former CRYPTOPSY guitarist Miguel Roy ("Whisper Supremacy") has been filling in for Jon Levasseur during the band's tour of Western Canada. For the second portion of the group's Canadian tour, Dan Mongrain (MARTYR, GORGUTS) will join the band beginning in Quebec City and Montreal on October 8 and 9. The tour will end on November 6 at the Trois-Rivieres Metalfest.

As previously reported, CRYPTOPSY will kick off a U.S. headlining tour on November 11. The upcoming trek will mark the Canadian death metal band's first tour in the United States since 2002 and the first-ever U.S. tour for the band's lead vocalist, Lord Worm. Next year, CRYPTOPSY will focus on the production of their fifth album, tentatively due in the summer/fall 2005 through Century Media Records.
