AUDIOSLAVE Certified Platinum

AUDIOSLAVE's self-titled debut album has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for sales of over one million copies in the U.S. The supergroup, composed of former SOUNDGARDEN vocalist Chris Cornell and former RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE members Tom Morello (guitar), Brad Wilk (drums), and Tim Commerford (bass), recently released their second single, "Like A Stone". It follows on the heels of the very successful "Cochise".

AUDIOSLAVE wrapped up its tour on Friday (March 22nd) at the Paramount Theater in Seattle, Washington. The band will tour the U.S. next with Lollapalooza this summer. A tour of New Zealand and Australia will take place in April, to be followed by a slew of June European festival dates.
