BATHORY Cover Featuring ASTARTE Frontwoman; Audio Available
A cover of BATHORY's "Equimanthorn" by the Serbian black metal band BETHOR, featuring a special guest appearance by ASTARTE bassist/singer Tristessa, has been posted on the official ASTARTE MySpace page. The song appears on BETHOR's recently released tribute to BATHORY, "The Return of Darkness and Evil" (Rock Express Records). The CD artwork can be viewed at this location.
Greek female heavy metal trio ASTARTE's fifth album, "Demonized", was recently released via Avantgarde Music. The CD was mixed at Tico Tico studios in Finland and features guest appearances on vocals by MAYHEM frontman Attila Csihar, ARCH ENEMY's Angela Gossow, GOD DETHRONED's Henri Sattler and LLOTH's Nicolas Sic Maiis.
